INSTALLATION

​
1. Insert carriage bolts into metal, wood, plastic and Brick.
2. Stops carriage bolt from spinning when tighten.
3. Tools you need to install.
        1.Drill
        2.Drill Bit
        3.Wrench.
 

Step 1

       (Optional) to Countersink Drill 1 cm deep.

1) (Countersink) 1/4- Use 9/6 Drill Bit, 5/16- Use 11/16 Drill Bit, 3/8 -Use 3/4 Drill Bit 1/2- Use 1 Inch Drill Bit

2)  Drill a complete hole into material, 1/4- Use 7/16 Drill Bit, 5/16- Use 9/16 Drill Bit, 3/8- Use 5/8 Drill Bit    1/2- Use 13/16 Inch Drill Bit.

Step 2

Using your finger Insert Carriage Bolt Fastener (Carriage Secure) into

Material.

 

Step 3

Insert Carriage bolt.

Step 4

1) Place connecting material onto bolt.

2) Place washer

3) Screw nut

 

Step 5

 

Tighten nut until fastener is secure into material.
